Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on https://riotprintshop.com, operated by Riot Print LLC. By placing an order, you agree to all terms listed below.

1. Custom Print Product Disclaimer

All items are custom manufactured print-on-demand goods specifically for your order. Customized products are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless items arrive damaged, defective or printed incorrectly by our production team.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Re-Print

You may qualify for a reprint, partial or full refund only if all requirements are met:

• Item arrives damaged during shipping
• Manufacturing defect on apparel fabric
• Print error, wrong graphic, wrong size shipped by our mistake
• Claims submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery
• Clear photo evidence of defect, packaging and full product provided via email

3. Situations NOT Eligible for Refund

• Customer ordered wrong size, wrong color or misread product preview
• Personal dislike of design, color shade or fabric feel
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance
• Return requests made after the 7-day claim window
• Uploaded customer artwork errors, spelling mistakes in your custom design

4. Order Cancellation Rules

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer available.

5. How to Submit a Claim

Send an email to wrethcddada@gmail.com with your order number and attached photos of the issue. We will review your request within 3–5 business days.
