Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via https://riotprintshop.com, operated by Riot Print LLC. By completing checkout, you accept all shipping terms below.

1. Production Lead Time

Riot Print LLC uses print-on-demand fulfillment. Production starts once payment confirmed. Standard production requires 3–7 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

2. Estimated Transit Times (After Production)

• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• European Union: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 8–16 business days
• All other global destinations: 10–22 business days

All delivery estimates are reference values and not guaranteed.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Any import duties, customs clearance fees or local sales taxes charged upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. Riot Print LLC cannot cover or predict these charges.

4. Undeliverable, Returned Packages

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect address, missed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcel will require the customer to pay new re-shipping fees. Automatic refunds are not provided for failed deliveries caused by customer error.

5. Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking marks your package lost in transit, contact our support team. We will coordinate with shipping carriers for investigation. Final resolution will be handled case-by-case in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Force Majeure Delays

Riot Print LLC is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs holds, natural disasters, public health restrictions or other events outside our direct control.
