2. Age Eligibility

When uploading graphics, images, text for custom printing, you confirm:

• Content does not infringe third-party copyright, trademark, likeness rights
• Uploaded material contains no illegal, violent, discriminatory, obscene or counterfeit content

You agree to fully indemnify Riot Print LLC for all losses, legal fees, claims caused by infringing artwork you upload. We reserve the right to cancel orders without refund if content violates laws.

4. Pricing & Payment

All displayed prices are final at checkout. Product pricing excludes international shipping fees, import duties, customs taxes. All duties and local taxes are customer responsibility. Orders are confirmed only once payment clears. We reserve rights to cancel suspicious fraudulent transactions.

5. Shipping Terms

All shipping rules, timelines and parcel liability are covered fully inside our independent Shipping Policy. All estimated delivery times are non-binding reference values.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Claims

Order cancellation is only allowed before production starts. Once manufacturing begins, cancellation requests will be rejected. All damage, misprint claims must follow rules within our Refund Policy.

7. Website Usage Restrictions

• You may not use this website for unlawful activities
• Automated scraping, crawlers, bots are forbidden without written permission
• Unauthorized copying of logos, product photos, website design for commercial use is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

Riot Print LLC shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or lost profit damages. Maximum total compensation for any single order cannot exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party logistics, payment providers, force majeure events.
